The Voice Kids of the Netherlands couldn’t hope for a better blind than this. Thirteen-year-old Laura Kamhuber chose to sing ‘I Will Always Love You’ originally written by Dolly Parton. With much of the same energy and power as one of the most successful artists to cover this song ever, Laura delivered a song that’d make Whitney Houston proud.
With her performance that was truly flawless in every way, Laura sang her way into the hearts of the judges winning her the pick of the panel. This young girl from Austria stepped onto the stage nervous and hopeful but left as an emerging star, and proud member of Team Marco Borsato.
Laura’s performance of ‘I Will Always Love You’ by Dolly Parton was a true showcase of her vocal range. After hitting all of the notes while exuding power and emotion throughout, you’ll understand just why this young star’s buzzers came in so quickly. Her confident starts from the moment starts to sing, winning her a place on The Voice Kids.
